I really love, you know, Einstein says that if you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it well enough. So when you don't know enough, then is where you feel the need to use big words and to really look smart but knowing that simplicity is kind of the ultimate genius. And so again, when you're taking these very complex, like what is it like what happens in your brain where you go. I can relate this to something that everybody's going to understand.
When you’re relaying information to your team or clients, you need to give yourself time to understand how you want to approach the delivery. People can’t make decisions when overloaded with information. Likewise, information that feels too distant from their own experience doesn’t stick. How you present information can be more important than the information itself.
