The Origins of Cyanogen Gas

Holly's comet is expected to pass the Earth in 1910. Astronomers had worked out while Holly himself had worked out, but not completely certain of what time that would happen or where indeed it would appear in the sky. cyanogen gas was a very close relative of cyanide and so suddenly we have this extremely toxic gas that we're going to be immersed in for a period of time. David Wheeler: Most astronomers believed nothing was going to happen because our atmosphere is so sick and comet's tail is so diffuse there wouldn't be any possibility of a problem.
