I think one of my favorite business coaches says that decisions are emotionally driven, but data justified. It's important to make that emotional connection first, and then use data to really rationalize it for the other side of the brain. So decision makers who might be listening to recognize ask themselves, like, how are really many decisions? Am I making purely from a data standpoint? Or rather just saying... or even bias that might have been there?"
