As many as two to three per cent of children have high levels of limited social emotions during development. Psychopathy is not rare conditions, at least as common as by polar disorder or inaraxia. The capacity to feel fear helps you empathize with other people's fear. And that's one of these critical a social mechanisms that prevent people from doing things that cause other people fear.
