What Is Plane Facitis?

When i say acute, it mean injury that just happened lie a couple of minutes ago. Oftentimes you can injure them and not necessarily have pain. And so this can actually be going on for a very, very long time. So we oftentimes recommend not calling it facciitis, cause it's often not acute. It's often been going on a lot longer. If inflammation is not part of your your pain or your situation, then you don't want to treat inflammation, and youll want to treat it a different way.
