Buying a Property in a Big City?

When you're looking at an area to buy, err on the side of going more local than not. I think as you get more season it opens up a lot of doors. We have done a similar thing with when we were still living up in pennsylvania, coming down and buying this first property in north carolina. But now that we're here, we're like, ok, i want to look local, because we know this area is good. And it's just, it's just easier in a lot of ways.
