A lot of governments have so much red tape and they're restricting the growth of this thing. I don't think it's gonna change very soon because it's really tough to change a federal law, especially one that people don't really even know about. It's too much of a political football for anyone to really touch when there's so many other things in Washington that get everybody's attention.
