The Importance of Trend Following Equity Indices

I think a lot of people promote trend following specifically on equity saying yeah this is really great but I'm not so sure necessarily speaking of that time frame the last 20 years or so certainly the last 15 years or so. Equity indices have been the worst sector for trend following um out of all of them and it takes time before you get back into the into the uh alongside of the of the trade, Rob says. So comparing to buy and hold I wouldn't be surprised if equities were down over the next 12-15 years.
