Most people think that as cars have become more efficient, we have genuinely had a reduction in gas mileage. But electric cars both reduce the cost of driving a mile and also they change the environmental footprint. So you're pushing so strongly on the cost that it's much easier to imagine an all electric fleet could have a big enough rebound effect to offset it. It is something actually to worry about in terms of the impact of this.
