The Importance of Persuasion in Work

Don't hound people who are trying to pull out of a conversation with you. Don't expect other people to come around to your way of thinking when you don't like them doing that to you. A lot of people have stayed silent when it was their job not to stay silent so anyone who's working in child protection education university departments which are meant to be beacons of free speech all of those people haven't done their damn job.
