I've Been Meanting To, Esta Do Querien

A word structure or phrase that hardly anybody uses, but everybody should. In Spanish, I guess we could translate that as Istado Cariendo, I've been meaning to. And basically what it means is something I've had the intention of doing, and normally we pair it with something I haven't done yet,. Let me give you an example, it all makes sense. Imagine whether you're chatting with a colleague, you might say, ah yeah, I've really been meaning to get in touch with John, but I haven't got around to it yet. Or imagine if you see somebody physically face to face, or maybe you're on a Zoom call or a Teams or whatever
