The Effects of Exercise on the Brain
Exercise increases cerebral vasculature, so that the vascular connections between all the different areas of your brain. You are introducing a lot more oxygen to those areas. So again, lots of reasons why we should be exercising. It's just the implementation of doing it every single day and anda putting into action. And knowing what we know now, we can make life stoll habits work for us instead of against us. The hard bit is, how do we create environments in communities where this is the norm? How do we create a culture around healthy eating?"
