The Rise of Chat GPT

Is this the hour of regulation? This chat GPT stuff is everybody awake now? I think what you see is a tool that has been out for quite some time. We have to live in a world where we use these very very powerful generative AI tools and many people will do harmful things with them. The first question is are the rules that we now set up in the AI act the right ones it's a separate question but I really believe that we need these rules.
