What Is Voodoo in New Orleans?

If you were a tourist who didn't know the family and you saw a jazz funeral, what would the etiquette be? You probably wouldn't be welcome to walk with the procession. Some aspect of New Orleans that's not necessarily something you'd talk about on your ghost tours is the whole voodoo culture. It's kind of shrouded in mystery and secrecy but it's actually like a religion for a whole slice of society.
