The Importance of Diversity in Recruitment

Diversity of thought doesn't mean necessarily an advice in race. It's that real diversity of thought and you have to look at more than one binary metric. Recruiting based on behaviours I think is really important. And also recruiting in terms of potential I think isreally important.
