Introduction

The following meditation is led by tara brack. I like to invite you to begin by finding yourself the posture or position that most will support you. You might close your eyes or let your gaze be downcast so your attention can really go inward. Let yourself come into stillness. So as you breathe in, really filling the chest and the lungs, and see if the outbreath can be slow. As you release the breath, to also release any tensions that have accumulated.
