Don't Focus on the Problem, Focus on the Options

A lot of times i will run across situations where some one's potentially breaking a boundary. They're crossing a line that shouldn't be crossed. And what do you do an men? You can't fire em. You can't get upset. Well, it takes a little more on my side to show the respect and teach them how to go about their business. But see, that's a coaching time to me. So let's just use the church context and the golden trifecta where you want to put other people first, but at the same time, maybe there's some systems here that are broken and we want to fix them.
