The Culture of Israel's R&D Team

Israel has this culture of being further behind the process. Do you feel like that's something you're able to do? Or are they just sort of anti-process in general? So actually the R&D team is all based in Ukraine, I think some, it's a little like yeah, because of the situation in Ukraine, so they're not Israeli. It's always fun too, as a place to grow, at sort of one of the advantages of a startup. But if you can find that little small scrappy company, you get to do a lot more.
