I'm glad that you've always had to do it. No, but even if they did tell what was wrong, i presume you'd immediately forget about itye, dat, i be fine. For it's blissful in a way. I remember the seeing the name sheet when i did series nine, and remember being slightly offended. And so we were all a bit nervous. We just moved channel and er, and then suddenly we don't have an audience for the first time. So it was really nerve racking, not knowing how it was going to play out.
