The Electoral Count Act Is Our Savior
CNN's John Sutter says he thinks the Electoral Count Act is less helpful than people think. The bill would require a three-judge panel to decide whether an election should be certified as won or lost by more than 50% of votes cast. There are likely legal challenges over this bill that may make it through because of federalism, Sutter says.
