The Role of the Operator in the ResNet Work Infrastructure

The ResNet work operator is intended to be the party that build owned funds and operates the res for a period of 35 years it's a concession structure. We see that party as really bringing to the table an additional skill set to help with that connections load so we think that adds adds capability.
