Bartonella Hensler is a gram negative rod classically associated with exposure to kittens, young cats. Whipple's disease is a grand positive rod, shaped kind of actinobacteria. In terms of treatment, whipples is going to be treated with subtraction twice a day or so for six weeks followed by more chronic treatment like cotrimoxal.
