Physicians Fail to Listen to Patients
A recent study found that physicians interrupted their patients after a medium of only 11 seconds. Doctors often fail to see their patients as human beings, says joshanna again. The biggest problem is not really listening and taking the time to deliver with life-saving care. "If a physician doesn't understand these details, it's hard to stand up for them," she says.
