The Evolution of Chatbots and AIs

People do not feel comfortable with humanoids. You wouldn't want to speak to a robot that looks like a human sitting in front of you. We're adapting to talking to humanoids because we're talking just to machines, not expecting them to look like humans. It's interesting that we mentioned an interview as well about how some people's behaviour doesn't change so much when they're dealing with bots. But maybe less comfortable with dealing with an object that's trying to be human-like.
