The Value of Objectivism
The Stoic philosophy feels very much, at least the Roman stoics, it feels very malevolent universe. Explicitly, it's the opposite because God does everything to the best. The question is what's the value? I mean, somebody, there are all sorts of ways in which you can reduce your anxiety by reducing the number or the degree to which you care about things. That can be bad for you. Maybe what your life requires and well-being requires is that you care more of those than being invested in them.
