The Eight Worldly Winds That Are in Buddhist Psychology
Buddha says we have this human life, and it's temporary. Our body is a work in progress that we contend and love and care for. But all so it gets older and gets sick, and it does what it does. When you sit quietly and you notice the rhythms of your body, pleasure and pain and sickness and health,. or you notice your feelings, and the feelings are like a waterfall. We come out of the river of being, and then we're separate for a while from that river, of that mysterious river that we're all born from.
