I'm curious what your take is on the role and place for movement training that does go outside of the decision making perception. And how do you close that gap? I view speed training in terms of an even changing direction training as a particular skill. Just like anyone learns a skill like how to hit a tennis ballHow to hit a baseball how to throw a baseball. There are certain things that we can get from change of direction training that we can then transfer to agility training or anything with perception.
