The pleaser is similar to and that's what I was pleaser similar to the avoider. Neither one of them will directly address problems, nor are they capable in terms of confrontation. They're kind of lost, right, and need to develop skills to learn to connect most often for the first time. And unfortunately, in our society and in the world, there's not a school to go to for emotional intelligence.
