Sometimes you state it directly, and then they don't respond favorably to that. I think some of it comes down to, like i said, soft skills. Um, even if it's unspoken, there's a lot said in between statements or in between the lines. You know, perhaps change what you say so that you sait in a different way,. But no less direct answer any questions that they might have.
