Stock-Based Compensation

Some companies, 20% of sales are paid out in stock-based compensation. I think there's a lot that's wrong in American compensation systems,. But why wouldn't there be? By the way, when I was young, it wasn't so bad. Take General Electric and it's heyday. Think of all the big compensation packages they paid. They were phoning up the earnings and so what to pay for it. It was disgusting. And of course, if that kind of crap creeps in everywhere in our civilization, the civilization will perish. We need more on or not less.
