Is Real Estate Wildly Inefficient?
The market seems to possibly be a lot more efficient in the public markets with stocks, especially for the bigger companies. A real estate can be very inefficient in that way, for better o r for worse. And you're going to need a few grand no matter what to purchase a property,. Whether be reserves, paying for closhsing cost, the down payment, all these things, it's a capital intensive thing. So you have less buyers.
