At what point does repeated negative feedback become overwhelming and just turn people off? I don't think science has answered that question yet. It takes a lot of user testing to dig into it, but certainly people are going to be flooded after a certain point. Mary's got a few comments there. Steve: Would it be true that this negative feedback is more in the form of a chart, not something one to one personal versus if you're doing one to one, you have to build positive because that creates trust and rapport?
