Is Heat in Prisons a Human Rights Violation?
There have been rulings that a lack of heat in certain prisons constitutes eighth amendment violation. So cruel and unusual a punishment, as well as violations of the americans with disability sact um. And i just, there's no way, a hundred and 510 degrees in one of these facilities, there's just no way that you can argue that that's not a human rights violation, i thinky.
