negative emotions also, if you're not aware of them, can just become the knee jerk and then it creates a pattern. And so what you just did was you saw the positive in that, pulled out the strength. What's the practice after that? So what I did was, was I pulled on appreciative inquiry. That is one of the big juxtapositions between coaching and therapy.
