Raymond: Have you guys ever read this book, Five Dysfunctions of a Team? Yeah. It's a great book. Successful teams all look different, but every dysfunctional company looks the same. And it shows the like different ways that a team can be dysfunctional. I actually think that companies should embed this in the company. That's basically like the, the chicken billions who's like the team psychologist or whatever.
