Roger and Michael, can you share an example of a company that solved a problem using applied AI? I'll talk about a client that was trying to figure out how to best fulfill orders during the holiday shipping crunch in 2021. They had used typical rules based algorithms that pointed pickers to places but it wasn't optimal. And so they designed an application that allowed for waves of workers to move through and use AI to guide that set of workers to the best pattern.
