Home Builder's ETF Is Down 35 % Year to Date
The markets react to what they think's going to happen well in advance. Think home builders is a great example of that. We really aren't seeing problems in the home builder market yet, but yet, the home builder's e t f is down 35 % year to date. The future is home builder stocks and buying real estate is going to suffer with higher intust rates. It's just natural. People can afford the same house at 700 thousand at two % then you can if ingistrates are at six and a half, seven a half%.
