Is There an Obligation to Put on an Oxygen Mask?

I like the help put on your own oxygen mask for helping your the person sitting next to you yeah I mean because you can't all the person next to if you're starting for air that's kind of the point. If someone's far enough away from you you don't really have an obligation to put other oxygen masks right and I guess the the thinking of it as an oxygen mask sort of puts in minds people who are maybe gonna be ICU nurse or artist, whatever. Take care of yourself and then try to take care of others is what I was trying to say.
