The Different Levels of Monitoring in the ATD Program

ICE has the option to decide at their discretion, which level of monitoring you get. The highest level is an ankle bracelet or an ankle shackle. You will be required to check in on a sort of regular schedule. At any point, ICE, if there's been an error, can show up and take you right back to jail.
