I think that athlete mentality is really helpful when you need control in your life, because those people have so much structure. That's what motivated me so much back then. It wasn't just about changing my body. It was like, how can I develop structure in my life? And yeah, like, this was my one focus because I had nothing else going on. So finding that balance between the weights and doing a little bit of cardio here and there and the healthy fats was huge for me.
