Can I Appeal an Injunction?
The appeal isn't really asking to vacate the whole 11th Circuit ruling. It's not even arguing that the DOJ should be enjoined from using the classified documents. Arguing instead that those classified documents should be part of the collection of documents that the Magister judge is reviewing. That's the argument. And the argument is really super technical, sort of based on this idea that the injunction, you can appeal law students from an injunction as a preliminary matter.
