Is It Okay to Have a Burnout on a Team?
I think it does depend on the team. Some people who are not burned out just they don't want to deal with emotions at work. That's kind of the quiet quitting thing too. If no one, if you never worked in a healthy high functional team before, you have no idea what your team should look like. And that is where stabilization comes in. It's this concept from counseling that people are not always in a space yet to know what they need. But when you were in crisis and you're in the middle of crazy conflict, you were just focused on survival. That is all your brain can process. I'll give you an example.
