Is There a Heavy Discard Theme in Magic?
There's a lot of this theme in magic. Things that hold people back or stop them from doing stuff. If you make it so someone cannot, that is generally the biggest no-no. I would also say the easiest one is cards like Stasis and Winter Orb. Untapping means that you can't use them anymore. Not using them anymore means you're not playing the game.
