Some even more of my friends have been diagnosed as adults, many of them women. And ADHD, because again, with the different presentations of ADHD, females get completely missed when they're kids. So a diagnosis can validate you hugely and make you go, I've just got different challenges. Of course, either diagnosis comes drug help, which can and often does change people's lives for the better.
