A lot of churches don't do a good job of helping people become more than ministers and worship leaders. The Bible speaks about us all having gifts. For each gift that we have, God's given us a grace for that gift. I think there are elements to your story that you would probably say that was just God. And even I agree, like people ask me, man, you're blog. All these leaders, millions of views a year, the podcast, millions and millions of downloads. How did you do that? It's actually a passion point of mind.
