Tom is a visual storytelling tool for work. Uses live data, a system of drag and drop tiles, and now AI to help you weave a compelling narrative together. I feel we could have only built a product like this by leaning really heavily on the systems thinking and interaction design skills of our product design team. How does design really play into the core of a company's product offering? If a product has a touch point with an end user then there's a way to be intentional about how that experience ends up working.
