I think it's probably a little bit personal, but maybe there were techniques you thought worked better than others. What I did instead was kind of point a buy side broker. So they would specifically look for companies that I'm interested in. And the offer that we made was better than anything that they had seen and also the terms were much better which a lot of people moved very quickly.
