The Power of Reconciliation
There's not such a thing as forgiveness without reconciliation, says Pope Francis. Jesus gave hands over to Simon Peter in Matthew 16: "Would you bind on earth to be bound in heaven?" He also gives that ability to the college of the apostles with Peter at his head. The God when he forgives us, he also restores us in our place in his body.
