Francois: I've lived in parts of africa, and you see these ties being dumped on the streets. In france, for example, when a factory makes a tire, they have to pay about one dollar to an organization that helps to clean it up at the end of its life. If they don't, they'rl find eight thousand dollars per tire, which is pretty big incentive for a company. And around that, there's this whole system that trackts tires from the moment they leave the factory to the end of their life.
