A lot of times it is helpful to work with somebody who has some experience because at this point, they know kind of what good looks like. I actually prefer working with individuals who have had some experience and then I can say, okay, so you know, this looks like a bad chart, right? And it's like we both know this like a badChart. Whereas somebody- Yeah, we're somebody who has zero experience. There are people who come with different experiences. Sometimes it is harder to un-teach somebody, a certain skill or habit.
